Resilience Starts Here.
Down But Not Out helps youth rise through boxing, mentorship, and character-building programs that strengthen both body and mind. We create spaces where young people feel seen, supported, and challenged to grow—both in the ring and in life.
Boxing is the Tool. Empowerment is the Goal.
Our programs use boxing as a foundation for something much bigger: personal transformation. DBNO provides structure, support, and meaningful challenge for all youth—especially those navigating adversity, limited opportunities, or a lack of consistent guidance.
Each session builds more than physical strength. Youth learn how to show up for themselves and others, how to stay focused and disciplined, and turn struggle into growth. Our coaches and mentors walk alongside them, challenging and encouraging them every step of the way.

Every Young Person Deserves Someone in Their Corner.
Too many youth go without the support, structure, or belief they need to thrive. At DBNO, we step into that gap—meeting young people where they are and helping them grow into who they’re meant to be.
We see every young person as full of potential, and we’re here to help them tap into it.
Our programs give youth to show up, feel safe, and work hard toward something better. Whether it’s boxing discipline or mentor encouragement, DBNO helps build the foundation for lifelong strength, confidence, and self-worth.
Join the Movement. Make an Impact.
We believe community is a key part of every comeback story. When you support DBNO—whether by donating, volunteering, or sharing our story—you’re investing in young people who are ready to rise. Together, we’re helping youth build brighter futures, one round at a time.
