Step Into the Ring.
Start Your Journey.

Ready to join DBNO? You’re in the right place. Signing up is the first step toward something bigger—discipline, confidence, and a team in your corner. Whether you’re new to boxing or looking to grow, we’ll help you find your starting point.

Our programs are open to youth ages 10 to 18. Classes are grouped by age and skill level, so everyone trains with peers in an environment that challenges and supports them.

What Happens After You Register?

After completing your registration form, we’ll schedule a 1-on-1 assessment with your youth. This short session allows us to get to know them, understand their experience level, and assign them to the appropriate tier: Foundations, Momentum, or Edge.

During the assessment, you’ll receive a welcome packet with:

  • Your youth’s tier placement

  • Program expectations and guidelines

  • Session times available for their age/tier

  • Next steps for getting started

Once assigned, youth can choose to attend 1 or 2 sessions per week based on availability and their schedule. Classes are offered Tuesday–Friday evenings and Saturday mornings in age-specific time blocks.

More Than a Program.
A Community.

Families come to DBNO for the structure, mentorship, and support that make a lasting impact. Youth build strength and confidence in the ring—but the real growth happens through the relationships, reflection, and commitment that define our culture.

“The DBNO Boxing program means so much to me. I loved all my teammates, my coaches and peers. I will never forget the experience I had with Down but not out boxing club, I’m extremely grateful for it.”

“The team we have is amazing. The coaches are great communicators and teachers, and Everyone at Down But Not Out has a passion for boxing. Boxing is more then just throwing punches, it is building character.”

“I’ve never been on a team. I was a smaller kid, and wasn’t interested in popular contact sports like football or basketball, But boxing was always something I wanted to try. when I heard about DBNO I HAD to join. I can say that this team has not only pushed me to my limits, it has made me better as a student and person.”
